This dataset is the Google Dynamic World v1 2026 pre-disaster 10-metre resolution global land cover product, covering Nepal and Gyirong County in Tibet, China. With its near-real-time data update capability and detailed classification of nine land cover categories, this dataset effectively reflects the pre-disaster spatial distribution patterns of vegetation, water bodies and bare ground in the Jilong Valley, providing a reliable pre-disaster reference baseline for quantifying the extent of sediment coverage and the degree of ecological damage caused by the debris flow.
