The dataset covers the entire China Pakistan Economic Corridor region, spanning from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2020, and provides the moment tensor solution catalog data for earthquakes with magnitude 4 or above in key sections of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. GCMT data is mainly collected for overseas seismic events. Domestic seismic events are based on the waveform records of seismic events recorded by the China Earthquake Networks Center. The "cut and paste" CAP method is used to obtain its moment tensor solution by inversion, which can better reflect the real crustal stress field distribution characteristics of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. This dataset can provide data support for the study of seismic activity evolution and earthquake disaster risk assessment in the China Pakistan Economic Corridor region. Key sections refer to Quetta Gwadar Port Karachi and Kashmir. The data items include earthquake date, earthquake time, latitude, longitude, magnitude, strike, inclination angle, and sliding angle, with a total of 140 data items.
