\(concentration (mg/ml) × 1000 (mcg) ÷ 60 (min) ÷ weight (kg) = constant \)
Then use this constant to determine the infusion rate and dose
\(speed (ml / h) = doctor's dose ÷ constant \)
\(dose (mcg/kg/min) = infusion speed × constant \)
