Radioactivity was first discovered in 1896 by the French scientist
Henry Becquerel in phosphorescent materials.
In 1898, Marie Curie discovered pitchblend, a uranium ore that is
more radiant than uranium itself. This word is
radioactive invented by Marie Curie. In the process of radioactive
decay, the particles in the unstable nucleus or
the form of electromagnetic waves emit radiation and lose energy.
The basic law of radioactive decay is based on the fact that the
transition from the mother's nucleus to the daughter
nucleus is a purely statistical process. The probability of
disintegration (attenuation) is that the basic properties
and time of a nucleus are equal.
The radioactive SI unit is Becker (Bq), which is defined as a decay
rate (DPS) per second. Another Curie (CI) can be
defined as a 3.7 × 1010 dps decay rate.
Half of life can be defined as a period of time, half of the
radioactivity has disappeared (half of the nuclear has disintegrated).
The atoms involved in radioactive decay are referred to as isotopes.
The 0-day activity is to enter radioactivity on the base date.
There are three common types of radioactive decay: α,β,γ
The reason is because there are too many protons in the alpha decay
of the nucleus, leading to excessive rejection.
When β decay occurs, the neutron proton ratio is too large, which
leads to unstable nuclei. In beta decay,
neutrons become a proton and an electron. Then emit electrons.
There is also a neutron proton ratio when the
positron emission is too small. The final type of beta decay is
called electron capture, and the proton ratio
in the neutron nucleus is too small.
γ decay is because the nucleus is too high energy. The core
descends to a lower energy state, in which high-energy
photons are emitted as gamma particles.
